Information regarding complaints from Ericsson and sub-companies
You can make a complaint regarding a taxi ride by filling in the form below. TaxiKurir Malmö/Lund will then confirm within 3 days that the complaint is received and registered and will come back with a result within 14 days.
 
• The complaint shall be sent to TaxiKurir Malmö/Lund not later than two weeks after the taxi ride.
• The complaint shall contain a description of the taxi ride/incident and the name, address, e-mailaddress and telephone number to the customer.
